We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to join a growing e-commerce business based in just south of Telford, as an Account Executive / Internal Account Manager. The Account Executive will work closely alongside the Sales Manager to deliver an exceptional service experience for business customers. We are looking for an ambitious and organised individual who understands the importance of delivering the highest standard of customer service to grow a business with a proactive and positive attitude. The role will be working in a small team but there is scope to grow the role, take on more responsibility and progress the salary by performing well in the role. The role will be a varied position and will suit someone who likes to take responsibility and has a proactive approach.
Duties will include, but wont be limited to:
- Processing orders and administer the e-commerce website
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Utilise CRM system to record customer interactions
- Manage client accounts, ensuring all orders are processed and completed accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner
- Handle transport queries regarding customer deliveries or collections
- Follow up on warm leads to see if customer would like to place an order or needs any more information
Skills and Experience
- Excellent telephone manner with strong computer skills
- A team player who is driven to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Proven experience in an account management or executive role
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client management
- Own transport is required due to company location not being accessible by public transport
