Conveyancing Assistant – Residential Property
A respected regional law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy Residential Property team in the Telford office. This is a great opportunity to support a collaborative team on a wide range of residential transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with file opening/closing, drafting correspondence and post-completion work
- Handle Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty submissions
- Support fee earners with file progression and client communication
- General administrative tasks including typing, diary management and document handling
Requirements:
- Experience in a legal conveyancing support role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with good IT literacy
