Primary School SEN Teaching Assistant- Telford

Are you passionate about supporting young learners? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work with various needs such as PMLD/SEMH/Autism to work across schools inTelford.

Responsibilities:
* Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
* Help in the preparation of teaching materials and classroom activities.
* Support students during lessons, encouraging active participation and engagement.
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
* Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
* Supervise and support students during break times and outings.
* Collaborate with other staff members to share ideas and best practices.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
* Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required.
