Or would suit a Building Services Design or Projects Engineer, keen to specialise on heat pump products.
THE ROLE
* Assessing enquiries for residential heat pump projects.
* Working from specifications and drawings, to design, size and select a heat pump unit for a customers dwelling.
* Liaising with engineers, installers and mechanical contractors to provide product advice for unit installations.
*Provide heat loss calculations to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
* Working closely with leading brand manufacturers, to assist with specialist design information.
* Produce full quotations
THE PERSON
* A strong heating and plumbing background.
* You could be a current or former service or install engineer.
* Knowledge of heat pumps is preferable. However, we will consider a background in boilers.
* Also consider estimators, project engineers, design engineers from a heating or from an HVAC background, with enough knowledge of heating/plumbing.
* Graduate engineers with extensive grasp of HVAC and heat pumps may also be considered.
* Full driving licence required to undertake occasional site surveys.
THE PACKAGE
A basic salary between c35-50k, depending on background and experience.
Annual bonus.
25 days holiday.
THE LOCATION
Offered as a hybrid role, most likely 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
Working from the Telford office.
