Site based role based commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton, Newport, Whitchurch, Ironbridge, Broseley,

32,000-33,500 (Increases to 39,500 after 3 months of Training, and then 43,500 with first year)

Rest of Package - 4 on 4 off shift + Weekly Pay + Structured Training + Pension + Health Cash Plan + Life Assurance + Avg Holiday Pay + Tech Schemes + 4 Weeks Holiday (Increases to 5 Weeks) + Bank Holidays

The Role:

  • Working as part of a production team on state-of-the-art automated machinery
  • Performing line changeovers, fault finding, and hands-on problem solving to maintain output
  • 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern - covering both days and nights


The Person:

  • Experience as a Production Technician or Mechanical Technician or Line Engineer or Electrical Technician or Manufacturing Operator or CNC Setter or Fitter or similar backgrounds.
  • Experience working within a production, FMCG, or processing environment Strong mechanical or technical aptitude with hands-on problem-solving ability
  • A driven individual looking for structured training and long-term career progression
