Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fitter for a client in Stafford Park. The ideal candidate will have previous experience building flat pack furniture and be proficient in the use of both hand and power tools. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling components and ensuring that all products meet quality standards. The role will involve heavy lifting. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble flat pack components according to specifications and drawings
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area within the workshop
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during assembly
