This well-established company offer high quality, person-led care and support for adults with mental health and learning disabilities, mainly within the supported care industry. They boast numerous sites across the UK and due to continual growth are looking for someone to join their team and take the role forward.In this varied role you will be working from the company's Telford site as you oversee a tight-knit team carrying out a range of leadership responsibilities including ensuring relevant training and risk assessments are carried out for staff and service users. Due to the nature of this work, a minimum of Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required, and the company will provide further training and development to higher levels. This role would suit a Deputy Manager or similar with a background working in Supported Living care looking for a varied and rewarding role in a steadily expanding organization providing person-centred care to adults who need it most.The Role:

  • Oversee tight-knit team to ensure high level of service
  • Report any Safeguarding concerns and protect the companies values
  • Ensure staff receive the correct training and be involved in the recruitment process
  • 9-5, Monday to Friday.
  • Local travel, on call 1 in 6
