Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development?We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Teaching Assistant to work across a range of primary schools in Telford from May 2025 to July 2025, with potential for further opportunities beyond this period.
About the Role:You will be supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), assisting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and helping pupils to reach their full potential. Your responsibilities may include:

Working one-on-one with pupils or with small groups

Supporting children with varying educational needs

Assisting with classroom management and preparation

Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment

Have experience working with primary-aged children (KS1 and/or KS2)

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Be flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different classroom settings

Have a genuine passion for education and child development
Desirable but not essential:
-
A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

Experience supporting SEND pupils
-
