- Providing full secretarial support to the conveyancing team.
- Diary management and arranging client meetings.
- Audio transcription and preparation of correspondence and legal documents.
- Handling telephone queries from clients and third parties.
- Submitting searches and preparing relevant legal forms.
- Meeting and greeting clients professionally.
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing within a legal setting.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Excellent communication skills and professional client management.
- Technical proficiency, ideally with Land Registry Portal, BigHand, Oyez Forms, Searchflow, or Partner 4 Windows (advantageous).
