Must Have’s
• Previous account management or client-facing experience• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills• Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability• Proven ability to manage projects and hit performance targets• Confident handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Willingness to travel for client visits and on-site meetings
Nice to have’s
• Background in events, exhibitions, or the AV industry• Knowledge of Health & Safety and sustainable business practices• Experience working with senior stakeholders or high-profile clients• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting on KPIs
So what will you be doing?
• Managing a portfolio of clients and developing long-term relationships• Supporting the Exhibition Manager in achieving sales and retention targets• Leading projects and ensuring seamless client delivery from start to finish• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding your client base• Attending client visits and providing on-site support• Promoting health, safety, and sustainability in all aspects of your work• Meeting and exceeding KPIs while maintaining strong client satisfaction
