Our client, an independent and award-winning lettings agency, are currently looking for a dedicated and positive person to join their small yet highly successful, fun and friendly team based from their office in the heart of Tewkesbury (free parking provided) on a full time permanent basis.

As Administrator you will be a vital team member ensuring that all administration and operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role requires someone highly organised with excellent communication and problem solving skills and the ability to provide and uphold exceptional customer service at all times.

You will join a team of upbeat and positive individuals, all working towards the same goal. You must have the ability to work as part of a wider team whilst also ensuring you manage your own work load. The ideal candidate would have experience within the property industry or have a basic understanding of the lettings process however, full support and training will be provided to ensure you are on the right path!

Responsibilities:

-Carry out all administration relating to the day to day running of a portfolio of properties

-Register new applicants and arrange property viewings for the team

-Prepare and manage all pre-tenancy documentation and ensure legal compliance

-Manage all day-to-day general enquiries whether that be in person, via phone, email, WhatsApp or the in-house messaging system

-When required assisting the property management team to coordinate and oversee property maintenance and coordinate move ins / move outs

-Keep property files and computer records up to date

-Working closely alongside the company director and assisting both him and the wider team where required

Candidate Attributes:

-Prior experience working within a busy office environment

-An understanding of the lettings process or strong desire to learn about the property industry

-Ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate across all levels

-Positive ‘can do’ attitude with a strong work ethic

-Good time management and organisational skills

Hours: Monday 8:45am – 5:45pm, Tuesday – Friday 9am – 5:45pm

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience benefits including free parking, team bonus, personal and professional development opportunities, summer and Christmas social events, pension and healthcare schemes
