An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join this well established manufacturer of electronic products for a range of industries.
THE JOB
Reporting into the Managing Director your role will be of a generalist nature supporting the strategic direction of the people agenda while ensuring excellence across all HR processes. You will lead change management programmes including cultural transformation and workforce planning.
THE CANDIDATE
With a backgound in generalist HR you will be minimum qualified to CIPD Level 5 and ideally will have worked within a manufacturing environment previously.
THE PACKAGE
Salary to 50,000 depending upon experience
33 days holiday
