HR Advisor – Tewkesbury

Location: Tewkesbury (Fully office-based)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Our client a proudly independent family business, is seeking an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our dynamic and friendly HR team in Tewkesbury. This is your chance to step into a fast-paced, varied generalist role where you’ll support the full employee lifecycle and play a vital role in exciting HR projects and people initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide expert HR advice and guidance on employee relations, performance, and absence management

Coach and support line managers to develop confident people leadership skills

Manage general HR admin including contract changes, leavers, and retention processes

Collaborate with Payroll, Recruitment, and L&D to deliver a seamless employee experience

Contribute to HR strategy through meaningful projects and policy updates

Analyse HR data and report key metrics for continuous improvement

Promote employee benefits, attend job fairs and school events, and champion workplace culture

About You

CIPD Level 5 qualified

Warm, confident communicator who can build trust at every level

Solid knowledge of UK employment law

Highly organised, calm under pressure, and solutions focused

Enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Desirable:

Experience in a multi-site organisation

Familiarity with HR systems and project delivery
