Our excellent, growing client in Tewkesbury is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. In this role, you will oversee all quality assurance functions ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, working closely with production, engineering and third parties to maintain and improve product quality.

Key Responsibilities

-Take full responsibility in maintaining the Quality Management System ensuring compliance with ISO 13485

-Ensure that technical documentation (where appropriate) conforms with audit requirements

-Manage documentation and reporting for non-conformances (NCR), deviations and complaints

-Act as first point of contact for all quality issues maintaining the highest level of customer service

-Oversee and manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues and providing feedback to production/engineering

-Lead internal and external audits, working with third parties to ensure compliance

-Serve as the primary contact with regulatory authorities for quality-related matters and during annual auditing

-Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics, reporting on and providing feedback to Directors/Senior Management

-Oversee supplier quality assurance, maintaining high standards for sub-contract operations and processes

-Take responsibility for day to day health and safety of the premises, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members

-Assist with facilities management where required

-Assist with recruitment, training and induction of new starters when required

-Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Directors of the Company

Key Attributes

-Previous experience of Quality Assurance Management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

-Experience of working with regulatory bodies

-Hands-on problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and quality

-Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft package)

Hours; Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday finish at 1pm!

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience + benefits including:
