Teacher of Psychology - Oxfordshire

We're delighted to be working with a fantastic secondary school located in the beautiful county of Oxfordshire, who are seeking a qualified and passionate Psychology Teacher to join their dedicated team from January 2026.

This is a temporary position, running from January through to August 2026, with both full-time and part-time options available. The role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students within a supportive and well-resourced school environment.

The school is a thriving and inclusive comprehensive catering for students aged 11-18. It has an excellent reputation for academic achievement and student wellbeing, and is rated 'Good' by Ofsted. Staff benefit from strong leadership, modern facilities, and a collaborative, friendly atmosphere.

What we're looking for:

  • A qualified Psychology Teacher (QTS or equivalent)

  • Someone enthusiastic and dedicated to inspiring young minds

  • Previous experience teaching Psychology across KS4 and potentially KS5
  • A teacher with strong classroom management and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK due to the nature of this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and thought-provoking Psychology lessons

  • Assessing, tracking, and supporting student progress across KS4 and KS5

  • Contributing to the wider life of the school and departmental development
