Are you a project manager with experience with mechanical services in the newbuild construction industry looking for a role which offers enhanced holidays and a company vehicle?
Do you have a technical knowledge of heating and ventilation systems and looking for a position which offers progression and a technology package?
This company offers heating and plumbing solutions to both the residential and commercial sectors. Primarily operating from the South coast of England up to the Midlands, the company is looking to expand its operations across the United Kingdom.
In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to manage the full lifecycle of projects, ranging from £500,000 - £3 million. You will need to liaise with clients to understand their needs and work to resolve any queries immediately. You must ensure all projects meet all regulatory and quality requirements.

The Role:
- 8 - 5 Monday - Friday
- Manage the full lifecycle of products and ensure client needs are met
- Be responsible for all projects meeting building regulatory and quality standards
- Keep in steady communication with clients throughout the projects and work to resolve any issues immediately
- Follow pre forecasted budgets and procurement schedules
- Conduct regular project meetings and technical reviews
The Person:
- Experience in project managing
- Full UK Driving License
