I'm working with an award-winning, design-led architectural practice who is seeking an Architect with exceptional design talent, strong project leadership skills, and a natural ability to build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Manage projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring quality, clarity, and attention to detail
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the process
- Coordinate consultant and contractor input to ensure smooth delivery on site
- Champion design quality, sustainability, and thoughtful detailing
- Contribute to team learning and the evolution of studio processes
Requirements:
- ARB-registered Architect with sufficient experience Part III
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design flair, spatial awareness and detailing skill
- Proven track record leading bespoke residential projects
- Personable and articulate, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients
- Comfortable working one-to-one with private clients and interpreting their needs into thoughtful design
- Proficient in CAD and confident sketcher
- Sound knowledge of UK planning, building regulations, and construction detailing
- Calm, collaborative and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience
