Location: Reading/Bracknell/Slough Area
My client, a leading specialist in planned preventative and reactive maintenance within facilities management, is seeking an experienced and motivated Building Services Engineer to join their expanding team.
This role will primarily cover the Reading, Bracknell, Slough, and London areas, with occasional travel required to locations such as Ipswich and Brighton.
The successful Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be:

• Work on a diverse range of live M&E systems within commercial premises, predominantly hotels and office buildings.
• Travel across the Reading, Bracknell, Slough, and London areas, with occasional work between Ipswich and Brighton.
• Participate in a flexible callout rota, ensuring consistent and reliable service coverage.

To qualify for this position as an Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer, you will need:

• Must hold a valid 18th Edition electrical qualification.
• Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
• Must be eligible to pass a DBS check.
• A 2391 certification is advantageous.
• Additional qualifications in air conditioning or a mechanical discipline are desirable and will be considered a strong asset.
