We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Analyst to join our clients finance team. This ongoing contract role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the financial department and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company management systems, including Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in FP&A software, particularly SAP; familiarity with SAGE and Visibility is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and analytical techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships across departments and seniority levels.
  • Experience managing direct reports and leading financial teams.
  • Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and coordinating with international financial shared service centers is highly desirable.
