Working alongside other Technicians and the manager, this position would suit those in practice, studying or completed all AAT exams, even those who are qualified by experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Producing timely year end statutory accountsÂ
- Liaising with clients on a regular basis
- Completing transaction using Cloud accounting software
- Producing draft VAT returns from client records, completing the full return once confirmed, submitting to HMRC.
- Preparation of management accounts
- Completing self-assessment tax returns including detailed Capital Gains calculations, prepare schedules of income from property.
- Attending client’s premises to assist on external audit as and when required.
- Provide projections and forecasting information
- Produce and analyse management information specific to the client requirements
