Job Title: Accounts AssistantLocation: Near Thetford, SuffolkRemuneration: £13 - £15 per hour (dependant on experience)Contract Details: Temporary, 2 days per week (14 hours)
Responsibilities:
- Support the Accounts Manager and assist the small office team with day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Manage purchase and sales ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct bank reconciliations with attention to detail.
- utilise Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Farmplan Accounting software effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally within the team and with external contacts.
- Demonstrate flexibility in supporting wider office operations as needed.

Good communication is essential.
Accounting Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of VAT and experience with purchase/sales ledgers are desirable.
- Previous experience in bank reconciliations is a plus.
- Proficiency in IT packages, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Farmplan Accounting software.
