Workingwitharapidlygrowing,net-zerofocusedstart-up,wearelookingtointroduceaSeniorReliabilityEngineerintotheirteam.Pioneeringsomeoftheworld'smostversatiletechnology,thisisanexcitingopportunityforthosewhoarelookingtocontributepositivelytotheenvironment.

Inheritingproductmodulesdesignedandbuiltbythedeliveryteam,youwillmonitorthepilotplantexperimentalphases,payingparticularattentiontobreakdownsandproblemsolving,learningthekeyreliabilityweakpointsoftheirtechnologyinextendedoperation.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewingandoptimisingequipmentreliabilityincollaborationwithouroperationsteam.
  • Creatingareliabilitymodeltointerfacewithplannedconditionbasedmonitoringinitiatives,predictinguptimeeffectivelyforcurrentandfutureplants
  • Identifyanyimportantfailuremodesandinputideasforproductimprovement.
  • Getinvolvedinfailureanalysis,usingmultiplemethodologiestofindrootcausesandproposeimprovementplans

Requirements:

  • industrialexperiencewithsignificantexposuretoreliabilityengineering,maintenanceprotocols,and/oroperationsacrossmultipleindustries
  • Demonstratedunderstandingofhazardandriskidentification
  • Apassionforoptimisingtechnicalsolutions.
  • Functionalunderstandingofchemical,electrical,mechanicalportionsofvariousunitoperations
