We are currently working with a leading manufacturer who is looking for an experienced and dynamic QHSE Lead to join their team.

Working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment and your contribution will take ownership of their QHSE function - driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and championing a positive health and safety culture across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day support on all aspects of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental matters.
* Work closely with operational teams to maintain and improve QHSE standards across the site.
* Conduct and lead internal audits aligned with BRCGS, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
* Undertake incident investigations and produce accurate reports and follow-up actions.
* Support and lead root cause analysis for product complaints and internal quality concerns.
* Maintain and develop QHSE documentation, training records, and compliance reports.
* Ensure adequate First Aider and Fire Marshal coverage across all shifts, and provide regular updates and training.
* Deliver inductions and ongoing toolbox talks covering safety and quality topics.
* Analyse accident trends, implement preventative measures, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure QHSE requirements are met and exceeded.

What You'll Need:
* Previous experience in a QHSE role, ideally within a regulated manufacturing, production, or packaging environment.
* A strong working knowledge of BRCGS and ISO standards.
* NEBOSH certificate (or working towards) is highly desirable.
* A hands-on, personable, and proactive individual who enjoys collaborating across all levels of a business.
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to drive positive change.
