We're supporting a well-established food manufacturer in Norfolk who are looking to recruit an experienced Process Technologist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside an industry-leading NPD Manager and be part of a passionate, collaborative team that takes real pride in what they do.
As Process Technologist, you'll be involved in taking new and existing products from concept through to launch. You'll play a key part in factory trials, scale-ups and ensuring smooth handovers between development and production. The role will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives on variety and has a strong eye for detail.
To be successful, you'll need experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry and a good understanding of processes, trials and product launches. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential, along with a genuine enthusiasm for food and innovation.
