The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a high-profile project based in Norfolk. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial and contractual aspects of civil engineering projects

  • Work on site delivering high-profile energy infrastructure schemes

  • Administer and manage contracts under NEC Option A and B

  • Support project teams in achieving commercial success while ensuring compliance and best practice

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in civil engineering projects

  • Strong working knowledge of NEC Option A or B contracts (essential)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related project software

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
