Job: Quality Coordinator
Location: Thirsk
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Technical in all aspects of food safety (HACCP and BRCGS) technical and compliance matters across end-to-end operations
- Support the introduction, implementation, and continuous improvement of Food Defence compliance measures across the site
- Prepare for internal, second and third-party audit and inspection programs (including food management systems, Good Manufacturing Practices and BRC)
- Conducting internal audits and testing in areas such as hygiene verification, fabrication and micro and chemical testing
Required
- Must have own transport (car, van, etc.) due to location of site
- HACCP Level 2
- Food Safety Level 2
- Experience in a technical/quality role within a food manufacturing environment
