Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Help Desk Support Assistant to join our client's team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background and be able to commit to the entire duration of the assignment. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide top-notch support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of computer systems and applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Help Desk or IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Customer service experience.
