Astute's Renewable Team is partnered with a leading Energy company to recruit for a Project Manager to lead a 20m project at Tilbury. This role is a contract position, with potential to transition into further projects if the right fit is found.
Role responsibilities and key skills for the role:
* Leading and managing the Tilbury project, overseeing all aspects of delivery
* Managing project finances and ensuring budgets are controlled and monitored
* Leading and coordinating project teams, including subcontractors and site staff
* Developing, maintaining, and delivering project programmes
* Ensuring all work is delivered safely and in compliance with H&S standards
* NEC4 contract management experience is essential
* Strong background in programme delivery and financial control
* Experience in STOR / Peaking Plant projects is advantageous
* Ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and budget
Location and timeframe of the Project Manager position:
* Tilbury, UK
* Immediate start date
* Contract until May 2026, with potential to move into further projects
