Job Title: Lettings Valuer
Location: Great Bridge, Sandwell
Salary: £27,000–£30,000+ (depending on experience)
OTE: £40,000

We are working with a well-established and highly reviewed company looking for a skilled Lettings Valuer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident in valuations, negotiations, and building strong client relationships.
The Role:
- Carry out accurate property valuations across the local area.
- Manage your own portfolio of properties.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Work closely with the team to achieve targets and growth objectives.
