Experienced Chef - Nursing / Residential Home - Tiverton - 3-4 days per week - £19.00 per hour + enhanced weekend rate (x1.5)
Enthusiastic chef required to work in the quality driven residential home catering for approximately 25 residents plus staff. You should have a good knowledge of fresh seasonal produce and understand the need to provide well balanced dishes ensuring nutritional value is delivered.
As Sous Chef you will take direction from the Head Chef and be responsible for maintaining the kitchen in his absence, you will ensure that the residents receive dishes prepared to a high standard.
Working alternating 3 day and 4 day weeks (shifts to be confirmed but includes alternate weekends), you will work straight shifts from 6:30am - approximately 4:30pm (average 31.5 hours per week), excellent hourly rate £20.00 per hour (no catches!).
