Projects vary in size and complexity, with valuations ranging from 70,000 to 4 million. Candidates can expect to work on new builds, extensions, conversions, refurbishments, and a variety of public-sector developments. In this role, you will enjoy a high level of autonomy and flexibility, including the option to work from home when not overseeing projects on site. Key responsibilities include managing contracts, driving business growth, adjusting project programmes, preparing progress reports, liaising with clients, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, among other duties.
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience managing multiple projects in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively, bringing a solid understanding of the construction sector and a track record of delivering successful projects.
