What Youll Be Doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Processing orders, quotes, and inquiries swiftly and accurately.
- Assisting customers with queries, problems, and basic product information.
- Managing returns, credits, and other administrative tasks with precision.
- Engaging in proactive sales activities, such as following up on quotes and inquiries.
- Supporting the external sales team to ensure targets are met.
- A quick learner who can efficiently handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Someone who excels in customer interaction and remains calm in stressful situations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a strong willingness to learn.
- A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a team-focused environment.
