There is a large well-equipped kitchen, and the talented brigade prepare everything in house utilising all the seasonal and local produce. Due to the popularity of this concept and its continued success, they are looking for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in taking the place forward.

The role will involve assisting the Head Chef with all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen, writing menus, costing, training and motivating the junior chefs and full control in the Head Chefs absence.
The ideal Sous Chef will have previous experience within a fresh food kitchen at a senior level and feel passionately about cooking with local artisan produce. There will be plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your creative flair and influence the success of the kitchen.
Your own transport will be essential due to the rural location of the restaurant.
