Key Responsibilities:- Develop new PVC polymer formulations, ensuring compliance with market and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with manufacturing, design, and R&D teams to drive innovation.
- Enhance existing formulations to meet environmental and market demands.
- Assess new raw materials for performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Oversee polymer mixing and advanced ink formulation projects.
- Ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations and testing protocols.
- 2–3+ years’ experience in polymer development (plastics, chemicals, or related sectors).
- Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of polymers, plastisols, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven problem-solving and innovation skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior chemists.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Local candidates with a driving licence preferred due to site location.
