We’re seeking an experienced Polymer Chemist to join a leading name in the polymer industry. If you're passionate about formulation and innovation, this is your opportunity to shape cutting-edge products in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new PVC polymer formulations, ensuring compliance with market and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, design, and R&D teams to drive innovation.

  • Assess new raw materials for performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

About You:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.

  • Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior chemists.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Local candidates with a driving licence preferred due to site location.
