Pre-Fabricator
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP33,000 per year.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6.30am - 4pm.

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for a Pre-Fabricator to join their ever-expanding team.
Responsibilities of the Pre-Fabricator:
Preparation of raw materials, equipment & components
Completing required quality checks, checking jobs against drawings
Fettiling galvanising gates before powder-coating
Spray-painting
Ensuring clean, tidy & safe working environment
OTIFZD
Following health & safety procedures
Acting with integrity and honesty while looking out for other team members
Any other duties required
Requirements of the Pre-Fabricator:
You must be a practically minded, detail-focused individual to work in a fast-paced environment, accurately cutting and assembling steel components. Eager to learn, progress, and maintain high standards in a hands-on role.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read CAD drawings
Highly accurate - attention to detail
