My client, a School based in the Tonbridge area, is looking to recruit an HR Manager to work closely with the Headteacher and wider SLT, to oversee the school’s operational HR function.  Overseeing a small team, this role will lead on operational HR support for the school, acting as the primary point of contact for all staff on HR matters across the full employee life cycle, to include ER management, casework, appraisals and performance management, training and development and policy compliance across the school including any employment law changes. The role will oversee the Recruitment Officers task of coordinating all school recruitment projects, ensuring appropriate safeguarding and regulations are adhered to across the recruitment cycle.Applications are sought from HR candidates with a strong generalist background, with strong ER experience.  CIPD qualifications (min level 3) are required, with experience of the education sector an essential requirement. With a strong results-orientated focus, you will be able to balance day to day activities with the timely delivery of key HR projects.
