This role involves managing a varied caseload of complex civil litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, contentious probate, contractual disputes, employment issues, civil litigation, and boundary disputes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient and effective case management.
  • Advising on and representing clients in High Court litigation and other civil proceedings.
  • Managing client relationships professionally, maintaining clear and timely communications.
  • Drafting legal documents and conducting negotiations.
  • Providing expert guidance on civil litigation matters and ensuring compliance with Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in civil litigation, ideally as a Senior Associate.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of landlord and tenant, contentious probate, contractual disputes, employment law, civil litigation, and boundary disputes.
  • Clear understanding and experience of High Court litigation and Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
  • Strong organisational skills, initiative, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills.
