- Handling a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient and effective case management.
- Advising on and representing clients in High Court litigation and other civil proceedings.
- Managing client relationships professionally, maintaining clear and timely communications.
- Drafting legal documents and conducting negotiations.
- Providing expert guidance on civil litigation matters and ensuring compliance with Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
- Proven experience in civil litigation, ideally as a Senior Associate.
- Comprehensive knowledge of landlord and tenant, contentious probate, contractual disputes, employment law, civil litigation, and boundary disputes.
- Clear understanding and experience of High Court litigation and Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
- Strong organisational skills, initiative, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
