They offer a supportive and collaborative environment, actively encouraging professional growth and development.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join a busy residential conveyancing team, handling a diverse caseload of residential and occasional commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Handling transfers of equity and remortgages.
  • Conducting stamp duty procedures, title checking, and processing search reports.
  • Addressing client enquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Handling lease renewals, landlord and tenant regulation, and deeds of surrender.
  • Assisting with refinancing, business acquisitions, sales, and utilities agreements.
  • Actively participating in business development activities.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in residential conveyancing. (3+ Years PQE)
  • Experience in commercial conveyancing advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong initiative, proactive working style, and professional client management.
