Day-to-day of the role:- Serve as the first point of contact for the office, managing phone calls, greeting clients warmly, and handling correspondence efficiently.
- Draft professional letters and emails to maintain high-quality communication.
- Maintain and update databases meticulously to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare engagement and disengagement letters with attention to detail.
- Manage control spreadsheets to support seamless office operations.
- Handle company secretarial tasks proactively.
- Liaise with HMRC on behalf of the business as required.
- Assist with invoicing and financial administration tasks.
- Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide versatile support to meet the evolving needs of our busy office.
- Proficiency with Iris software is advantageous.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
