Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management, this will encompass health and safety and compliance. Visitor Management ensuring front of house and visitors are met in a professional manner, preparation for meetings etc. Administrative Support must be high-level including budget management and accurate recording keeping.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an Office Manager, Facilities Manager, or similar administrative role

Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Solid understanding of UK health and safety regulations
