Part-Time Office Administrator (with Marketing & Recruitment Support)
- Location: Silverstone, Northamptonshire
- Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 1:00pm, for example)
- Salary: Up to c. £15.00 per hour
We’re pleased to be working once again with our client in the recruitment of a Part-Time Office Administrator to support two forward-thinking, high-performing businesses based in Silverstone — both operating at the cutting edge of design, performance, and technology in the fields of sport and engineering.
This newly shaped role offers a varied and interesting blend of administrative, marketing, and recruitment support — ideal for someone who thrives on being involved in multiple aspects of a business and enjoys a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting internal recruitment processes, including advertising roles, arranging interviews, and maintaining candidate records
- Assisting with marketing activities such as updating the website, preparing content for social media, and liaising with external marketing partners
- General office administration, document handling, and maintaining internal filing systems
- Supporting the wider team with HR documentation and onboarding administration
- Light finance administration, including raising invoices and processing bills as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an office-based administrative role
- An interest or background in marketing and/or recruitment administration
- Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- A confident and proactive approach, with the ability to manage their own workload
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across two businesses
