Key Responsibilities
Create and manage weekly MRP runs and supplier orders.
Maintain high-quality data, ensuring stock and system parameters are accurate.
Monitor and adjust plans to achieve target stock levels and customer delivery performance.
Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to track shipments and prevent stock outs.
Produce and share weekly stock and demand reports with key stakeholders.
Support monthly demand reviews and contribute to inventory optimisation initiatives.
Partner with commercial and technical teams on forecast updates, new products, and change control.
Profile
Ideal Candidate
3+ year's experience in supply & demand planning or inventory management.
Strong MRP knowledge and advanced Excel skills (SAP Business One experience desirable).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across functions.
Supply Chain qualification and/or Mandarin language skills would be an advantage.
