Location: Treorchy
Salary: Up to 32,000 per annum + commission
Contract: Permanent | Hybrid working available
Vibe Recruit are proud to be recruiting for a Sales Team Leader on behalf of our valued client based in Treorchy.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a small internal sales team while developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen existing partner relationships
Identify and secure new partnership opportunities
Negotiate partnership terms and track performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery and communication
Lead, motivate and develop a small telesales team to meet KPIs and conversion targets
Support Customer Support functions during busy periods
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in partnership development and deal negotiation
Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
Experience managing a small team (desirable)
CRM knowledge and strong organisational skills
Ambition, drive, and a proactive approach
