NET Recruit are partnering with a financial services company to support their search for an Interim Customer Liaison Officer in Treorchy, for an initial 12-month contract. You RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:

Welcoming customer onto the premises, acting as the first point of contact for the business and providing a positive first impression
Supporting customers with the solutions provided by the business, either via the telephone, online or in person and connecting them to the most appropriate party to handle their queries
Directing customers to an in-person provider, should their needs require this
Building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel comfortable to discuss their needs
Supporting the promotion of offerings and community engagement

You MUST HavePlease apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:

Strong experience within a customer service role, preferably within an 'in-person' remit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good attention to detail and organisational abilities
Competent ability to handle unique or tough customer situations, as well as being able to use fantastic problem-solving skills to reach positive outcomes
Exposure to the financial services/banking sector would be beneficial
