NET Recruit are partnering with a financial services company to support their search for an Interim Customer Liaison Officer in Treorchy, for an initial 12-month contract.  You RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Welcoming customer onto the premises, acting as the first point of contact for the business and providing a positive first impression
  • Supporting customers with the solutions provided by the business, either via the telephone, online or in person and connecting them to the most appropriate party to handle their queries
  • Directing customers to an in-person provider, should their needs require this
  • Building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel comfortable to discuss their needs
  • Supporting the promotion of offerings and community engagement
You MUST HavePlease apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Strong experience within a customer service role, preferably within an 'in-person' remit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Competent ability to handle unique or tough customer situations, as well as being able to use fantastic problem-solving skills to reach positive outcomes
  • Exposure to the financial services/banking sector would be beneficial
