At hr inspire, a dynamic HR Consultancy, we deliver expert HR and ER support to businesses across industries. We are looking for a driven and practically focused HR Reward Consultant to join our team!
This role provides professional, commercially focused reward support and strategic consultancy to our SME and Corporate clients. Internally, the postholder also manages hr inspire's salary and benefits strategy.
We deliver tailored HR solutions to help businesses manage growth, tackle challenges, and build great workplaces. We're a trusted partner providing practical, impactful support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salary benchmarking, band development, and data analysis
- Design/administer bonus & commission schemes
- Prepare bespoke employee benefits proposals
- Develop Board/RemCo papers for salary/reward changes
- Manage hr inspire's internal reward schemes and employee benefits
- Support auto-enrolment (e.g. NEST)
- Provide ad-hoc reward advice to HR consultants
- Collaborate with benefit providers to deliver cost-effective solutions
- Support recruitment/onboarding processes for a key client
What You Bring:
- Strong technical knowledge of reward practices and legislation
- Experience with benchmarking databases (e.g. Brightmine, Croner)
- Commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, initiative, and adaptability
- Consultancy experience and CIPD (Desirable)
