My client, a 4-star luxury seaside Boutique Hotel, require a Senior Sous Chef to join their kitchen team.

The ideal Senior Sous Chef candidate will:-

  • Collaborates with the Executive Head Chef to direct food preparation. Ensure consistency and quality in every dish, from preparation to presentation
  • Assists with menu planning, inventory, and supply management
  • Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards. Meets high standards of food hygiene and professionalism and trains your team to learn new cooking techniques.
  • Have a fresh food pedigree
