- Secure and grow a portfolio of mid-sized commercial clients (typically £10K+ premium cases).
- Focus on sectors such as Motor Trade, Fleet, Construction, Property Owners, Manufacturing, and Retail.
- Deliver tailored solutions and cross-sell wider propositions including financial services, risk management, and consultancy.
- Represent the agency at industry events, network locally, and drive brand visibility.
- Maintain strong compliance standards and a customer-first ethos.
- Proven experience in commercial insurance sales, with a strong track record of new business success.
- Skilled in handling larger premium clients and complex commercial cases.
- Self-motivated, organised and professional with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Ideally has knowledge of key industry sectors and/or experience within an agency.
- Cert CII qualified or working towards it is a bonus.
