Have you been working in Facilities Management? Maybe in Scheduling, Contracts Admin, Facilities Officer, FM Assistant, FM Admin, or similar client-facing role.
If you're skilled and experienced in the following tasks then I want to hear from you:
- Dealing with callout requests for responsive repairs and remedial works
- Maintain PPM schedules and update service management systems
- Scheduling Engineer rotas and advising of any changes
- Placing job orders and tracking job progress
- Liaising with clients regarding permits, RAMS, materials, timelines, etc.
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch) and based at offices in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
The salary on offer is £26-28,000 depending on the skills and experience you can bring to the table here.
