Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identifying and securing new client opportunities via outbound activity, recommendations, and industry connections
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through to agreement finalisation
  • Building and nurturing enduring relationships with corporate clients and referral partners
  • Creating and delivering bespoke presentations tailored to each client’s needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and first-class service implementation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Highly motivated and results-focused individual with a self-starting approach
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or client relationship management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for cultivating trust and rapport
  • Capable of managing several client pipelines simultaneously in an organised fashion
  • Familiarity with Financial Services (especially pensions or benefits) is a plus but not a requirement
  • Willingness to pursue QCF Level 4 qualifications, if not already attained
