We are currently seeking a temporary Customer Service professional who can hit the ground running and contribute to our team's success immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and taking detailed messages.
- Liaising with internal departments to follow up on queries.
- Performing strong administrative tasks, including placing orders in our system.
- Managing multiple tasks with quick turnarounds in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Great attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
- A confident, self-starting personality with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
